Strategy first.
Then the means to run it yourself.

LinkedIn is where professional reputations are built. For founders and executives, the people in your network are the ones most likely to hire you, refer you, invest in you, or come to you as the voice worth listening to. That makes your presence there worth building deliberately. With an ever changing algorithm, the investment into your LinkedIn identity is based on a structure of consistent compounding.

AI slop has flooded the platform with content that's quick to produce and instantly forgettable. That's where your strategy meets opportunity. When most posts are noise, the people who take the time to define what they actually stand for, and say it consistently, stand out more than ever and see that presence compound over time.

The LinkedIn Personal Branding Playbook is a one-to-one strategy session with Marketing expert Margaret Sherer. Together we define who you're really speaking to, what you want your presence to achieve, and the content themes that are both true to your goals and authentic to your voice. You leave with a complete strategy, a voice book that captures how you actually sound, and everything you need to put it into action, including a guide to build your own AI tool to help you execute if that's how you'd like to work.

This is not a service that posts for you. It gives you the strategy and the means to run it yourself or your team to run for you, so your presence keeps building long after our session ends.

“Margaret has a rare ability to cut through the noise and deliver focused strategy. In one session, she recognised clear positioning, the right audience, and content pillars aligned to my personal branding goals. In 2025, Margaret and the team at Cittadina grew my following by 30% and helped me hit a new landmark of 25,000 followers. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to build and compound their online presence.”

this is for you, if:

  • You're a founder or executive building a serious, lasting professional presence

  • You see LinkedIn as a long-term investment, not a quick win

  • You want to own your strategy and run it on your own terms, rather than rent an agency indefinitely

  • You value expert strategic thinking over automated shortcuts

  • You're ready to show up consistently; that's where the results come from

It's probably not for you, if:

  • You want someone to write and post your content for you, forever without setting a strategy first.

  • You're looking for overnight spikes or viral hacks

  • You'd rather not be involved in your own presence at all (though we can work with your team to help them implement the strategy on your behalf)

Step 1

Before We Meet

You complete a short brief so we arrive ready to work: a sense of your audience, your goals, and what you want your presence to do for you. Can take fifteen minutes to an hour. You can ask questions beforehand to make sure all is aligned.

Step 2

The Session

A focused one-to-one working session (up to three hours) built on Margaret's 20+ years of marketing strategy. We define your audience, your goals, and the content pillars and themes that fit both, and capture your voice: how you actually speak, so anything created in your name rings true. This is your opportunity to ask questions, interrogate your aims and collaborate with an astute strategist and preeminent cheerleader.

Step 3

Your Playbook

Afterwards you receive your complete strategy: your audience defined, your content themes with sub-topics, an example post for every theme, and a suggested posting schedule. Plus your voice book, and a guide to build your own Claude skill so you, or your team, can keep producing on-strategy content, consistently, on your own terms.

Optional Execution Support

Once you receive your Playbook, you are ready to execute. However, if you are looking for a bit more support, Cittadina can support you through this optional add-ons.

Hands On Mentoring:

Weekly Meetings with Margaret for three months. Discuss your strategy and any other support you might need to take the playbook and actually get going if you or your team feels stuck. Available to send through emails to ask additional questions or brainstorm further. Ideal for those who may need help turning ideas into action or simply prefer to collaborate within the process.

Get Going Mentoring:

Weekly meeting with Margaret for one month, then every other week for two months. Turn your strategy into action but have an ‘expert help desk’ to support you. Ideal for those that know they can get going but may need the support or accountability as the programme goes live to check in with an expert.

Creative Templates:

A suite of branded templates built in your Canva account, ready for you to update copy, but uniform in brand you. Suites range from 5-8 templates and vary in formats ideal for LinkedIn.

Step 4

Your journey, and how far we walk it with you.

"Margaret combines strategic clarity with real practicality. She brought a calm, strategic lens that transformed what I already knew into something structured, focused and truly actionable, helping me step back, define my audience, and translate that into clear content themes and a framework I can implement immediately. Her guidance on using Claude to distill conversations into meaningful thought leadership is gold dust; I can already see how it will elevate both my consistency and depth."
